I am traditional N° Juan 3 Cheese Spinach Fritters

I am the perfect way to get the kids to eat some veggies because not only am I delicious, I am healthy too. I could also be a healthy snack before dinner or served to guests on a platter.

Quick and easy and full of flavour, I only take 7 min to prep! Not bad for a healthy snack… eh?

10- 12 units of frozen 3 Cheeses Spinach Fritters per pack. (330g to 350g)
Add some butter to a non-stick frying pan. Once melted, pop in the fritters, still frozen and cook on a medium heat. Cook them for at least 3 minutes on each side, but the trick is to leave them on each side for those three minutes before flipping them. So, once they land, don’t move them! Leave them there until they become golden on each side so that they land up crispy on the outside, and soft and cheesy inside.
